Le Cordon Bleu Online Pathway

Using an advanced, new digital education platform that gives students the opportunity to study a suite of online hospitality management subjects, Le Cordon Bleu’s online program consists of eight non-award subjects that can be used as a pathway to the Bachelor of Business degrees. The content of the eight subjects is identical to that being delivered to on campus students, with all subjects taught from Australia, by Australian academic staff. Successful completion of this first semester will count as a full credit for the on campus Bachelor of Business program.

Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) Degree Course (3 years):

The Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) prepares students for a range of careers in the international hospitality industry through a multi-disciplinary program that incorporates simulations and real-life professional practices. The emphasis is on concepts of hospitality, critical consideration of management styles and strategic thinking.

The Hotel Management degree concentrates on the corporate world of international hotel and hospitality management. Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant Management) Degree Course (3 years):

      Yes, you can do the diploma in Patisserie. The weekly program time is distributed as follows 2-3 & demonstrations during practice & changes every week. Classes are scheduled between Monday & Saturday at the following times 8:30, 14:30, 15:30 & 16:30. The schedule is given at the beginning of sessions for the entire quarter. After completing the course from Le Cordon Bleu, the most deserving student has the opportunity to improve their skills through an internship for 2 months in Paris renowned establishment.
