In order to be able to process the application appropriately please include the following on the application:

- Student’s email address and home phone number in the Personal Information box.
- Consent to Release Information Form.
Increase in Application Fees
All the Students Applying to Bow Valley College Please make a note that Bow Valley College have Increased the Application Fees from July 01st 2014 for international students so the new Application fees will be $130.00 Canadian dollars and this applies to all programs.
- Bow Valley College charges application fees again for any change of program request.
- Application form should not be handwritten. Please note that Bow Valley College only accepts typed application forms.
For confirmation of Admission:
The non-refundable confirmation fee is $1,500 for all applications received AFTER July 1, 2014: http://international.
English Language Proficiency Requirement
New changes to the English Language Proficiency for programs beginning Fall 2016 and later are effective starting January 1, 2016. Applications received prior to Board approval and publication of changes will be grandfathered and the current (September 2015) requirements will be used.
BOW VALLEY COLLEGE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bow Valley College offers students different payment options. When making a payment, Students should provide their Alberta Student Number (ASN) or Bow Valley College student ID number.
Payment is accepted in person at the Client Services Desk located in South Campus, 1st floor, 345 – 6 Ave SE, Calgary Alberta.
- Debit card
- Draft and Cheques are also accepted.
To pay with Visa or Mastercard, please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and email it to the International Education Office or pay directly at the Client Services Desk located in South Campus, 1st floor.
