    Dear Sir,

I have completed my bachelors in biomedical engineering. I m looking forward to apply to MEng in Electrical and Computer science engineering. I have also come across a course called MEng in internetworking. I was wondering what would be my chances of getting into the masters program with my scores. I have an engineering aggregate of 72 % and an IELTS score of 7.5

    • Geebee Counsellor says :

Canada does not allow change of field. Since you have completed bachelors in bio-medical engineering, it is advisable to apply for the Master’s program in the same field. Do you have any work experience in IT sector?? Kindly send us your updated resume so that we can guide you further accordingly.

Hello sir/mam,My question is that can we apply for Masters program in Dalhousie University with IELTS overall 6 bands without any additional english course over there? And if yes then will it make any problem in getting visa?

    Hello Sir / Madam,
Please could you explain more about what is the concept of Halifax? Is it some kind of money transaction that the international student has to do before arriving to Dalhousie?

    • Geebee Counsellor says :

No, Halifax is nothing to do with money transaction. In Canada there is a place by the name of Halifax. Halifax is the capital city of Nova Scotia; it’s an economic hub of Atlantic Canada. It contributes 40% of Nova Scotia population & 17 % of Atlantic Canadians. Dalhousie University has 3 campuses located in Halifax City.

  6. Aaron Samuels says :

I am Aaron Samuels and I am a Dalhousie student who would like to help international students. My query is, should we provide accomodation or will the college provide?

    • Geebee Counsellor says :

Yes, Dalhousie University provides with accommodation to all international students. It’s compulsory for first year undergraduate students to live on campus accommodation. They have 2 campuses (1) Halifax Campus (2) Agricultural Campus. They do provide meal facility. Dalhousie assists students for off campus accommodation by giving online listing of apartments and houses for rent.
