Student can change the Course after reaching the College only if the seat are available and after paying $250 charge against change in course. Student can save $250 charge only if the Course is changed after Visa.

The PTE requirements for admission is as follow:
- All Master Degrees: 59 (with no section under 56)
- All Post Graduate Diplomas: 54 (with no section under 51)
- All UG Degrees/Diplomas: 54 (with no section under 51)
Seat Reservation at Fanshawe College:
Students who receive their visas to study at FANSHAWE COLLEGE, MUST SEND A COPY OF THEIR VISA to Fanshawe College. Only then, the college will be able to reserve a seat for them.
Failure to do this, will result in the student not getting a seat in the program for which he/she has been given admission and has also paid the fees. The college will not be responsible for not holding a seat if students are not reporting their visa status before arrival.
SPP Academic Excellence Scholarship:
The Students having 70% or above in their previous academic qualification (12th for students of undergraduate programs and bachelors/masters for students applying for Post Graduate Program) and IELTS score of 7.0, can apply for SPP Academic Excellence Scholarship of $2000. These scholarships are restricted in number and only a limited number of students will qualify for these. These scholarships are disbursed in the second semester of their program. Only student who are selected will receive an email by 10th October.
- The Students must be a 2016 September level 1 student at Fanshawe
- They must be registered and attending classes.
- Have 70% or above in their previous academic qualification and an IELTS score of 7.0 or above
- Students must be pursuing their first program in Fanshawe College.
If the Students do not meet this criteria, they SHOULD NOT apply.
PROCESS FOR APPLYING:
- The Students can email on email@example.com the subject “Application for SPP Academic Excellence Scholarship”
- They should send the letter of acceptance, visa copy, study permit copy, degree certificate or mark sheets for their previous qualification (should clearly show the Students percentage, CGPA or GPA) and IELTS score card
Note: If the Students have been awarded SPP Language Excellence Scholarship, they can be selected only for 1 of these scholarships.
Fanshawe College Refund Policy – Students asking for refund without the proof of visa rejection are not qualified to receive a refund with $250 deduction. In this event, the deduction would be $2300.
Please note that the deadline to apply for fee refund for students whose visa is refused for MAY 2016 intake is 13th May 2016. If the students have not received any visa result till that, please inform Fanshawe College.
For refunds, please fill the attached form and send the same with the college acceptance letter, fee receipt and refusal letter.
For deferment, please email with the previous letter of acceptance and request for deferrment.

Please note that the only acceptable method of fee payment for Fanshawe College is through the PeerTransfer/FlyWire as mentioned on the letter of acceptance. Wire Transfer method is not accepted. Fee paid through wire-trasnfer will be refunded without any exceptions and student will be liable for any bank charges.
PeerTransfer/FlyWire method is fairly simple.
Fanshawe College accepts tuition fee payments only through FlyWire / Peer Transfer method. The details of this payment method are given on the 3rd page of letter of acceptance. Students have to register online (through the link on their letter of acceptance) and mention the amount. Registration is a must before transferring the money.
Once the tuition fee is transferred, students will receive a payment receipt from FlyWire (With Fanshawe Logo) in 24 – 48 hours. They can use this receipt to apply for visa.
