All applicants need to adhere to the following steps:

  • Pay Application Fee $100 Submit documents (Application Form, transcripts – Grade 10, +2, and post secondary degree transcripts, completed application form with program of choice written in, copies of photo page and address page of passport, recent IELTS with no less than 6.5 overall and no band lower than 6.0  and receipt of the $100CAD Application Fee payment.)
  • If eligible the student will receive a “Letter of Offer” from NLC which asks students to pay a $10,000 non-refundable tuition deposit.  (The $10,000 non-refundable is specific to this program, all other programs remain $6,000)
  • When the tuition and fees are received. NLC will forward the “Letter of Acceptance”.

Note: only students who provide written proof from the Canadian High Commission that their Study Permit was denied will be eligible for a refund of the $10,000 tuition deposit less a $250 Processing Fee.  The written proof must be submitted within 3 months of the date of the letter from the Canadian High Commission.

Students are advised to either wire their application fees to the college bank account in Canada or pay by credit card. North Island College does not accept the application fee by draft.

Note: Northern’s Light College have implemented a new payment process for the application fee and the tuition fee payment to make the application process more hassle free.

All students have to pay Application and tuition fee through Western Union. Student’s may pay this fee through

    MY 10th marks is 77%
    and in 12th i got 60% with non-medical stream (pass out 12th in 2017)
    my IELTS BAND SCORE IS L-6.0,R-6.0,W-5.5,S-6.0

    Hlo sir/ma’am
    I’ve got 82% marks in 10th and
    64% marks in 12th in non-med stream
    I’ve completed my 12th in 2015
    The bad thing is i’d got only 33 marks in maths in 12th standard.
    My IELTS score is following
    L 6.5, W 6.0, R 6.5, S 6.5
    my only question is am I eligible to study in canada with 33 marks in maths and will u please specify me some colleges whom are gonna accept me?

      You can apply for undergraduate diploma programs in Canadian Colleges based on academics and IELTS score. Do specify your year of passing and check your mail and revert with your updated resume and documents so we can guide you for detailed application and admission process.

    Hello sir
    I have done b.d.s with 64% marks,and an IELTS score of 7.5 overall with minimum 7.But i prepared for medical entrance test hence there is one year gap between school completion and me joining the dental college, I also have backlogs in my final year of BDS. I have applied for the pg diploma in health care management .what are my chances of getting a visa? I have a strong and factual reason for the backlogs and I am considering about mentioning them in my SOP,will that be helpful?
