Pharmaceutical Research & Development

TIPT 2In this program, student will learn and acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills required to function as a Pharmaceutical Formulation Technologist, Pharmaceutical Formulation Chemist or Product Development Scientist in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, cosmetics, and other life-science industries. Pharmaceutical Formulation Scientists are professionals responsible for developing drug formulations, testing to ensure it delivers the drug in the desired manner and conducting experimental scale-up and process validation to assure it can be manufactured on a large scale. Formulation technologists and scientists also assist the Company develop valuable intellectual property and technologies required to effectively create and develop innovative drug products. 

Credential Awarded: Ontario Post-Graduate Diploma (Dip. Pharm RD)

Program Duration: Approx. 52 Weeks plus 3 months Internship

Pre-requisite: A Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biological, Applied or Health Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, some areas in Life Sciences or a related field.

Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance & Quality Control

TIPT 4In this program, students will learn and acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills required to function as a Quality Assurance or Quality Control personnel in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, cosmetics, and other life-science industries. Quality Assurance professionals are responsible for developing, monitoring and overseeing measures that assures control, reproducibility and reliability of manufacturing and testing processes. Through their activities, Quality Assurance professionals are responsible for ensuring that the Company meets government requirements as well as providing assurance of safety and efficacy of medicines to the consumers. Quality Control personnel conduct sampling and testing required evaluating compliance of the manufactured products to compendia standards of safety and effectiveness.

Credential Awarded: Ontario Post-Graduate Diploma
 (Dip.Pharm QA)

Program Duration: Approx. 46 Weeks plus 3 months internship

Pre-requisite: A Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biological, Applied or Health Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, some areas in Life Sciences or a related field.

Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs

TIPT R 1In this program, students will learn and acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills required to function as a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs professional in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, food, cosmetics, natural product, nutraceutical and other life-science industries. Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs professionals responsible for developing, compiling, and filing documentation required to support the licensing and approval of pharmaceutical drugs. They are involved in active liaison with regulatory authorities such as the Canadian Therapeutic Products Directorate (TPD) and the US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).

Credential Awarded: Ontario Post-Graduate Diploma 
( Dip.Pharm RA)

Program Duration: Approx. 28 Weeks plus 3 month internship

Pre-requisite: A Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in general science, Biological, Applied or Health Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, some areas in Life Sciences

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology

TIPT Program

In this program, students will learn and acquire specialized knowledge and practical skills required to function as a Pharmaceutical Production Technician or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, food, cosmetics, natural product, nutraceutical and other life-science industries. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technicians responsible for implementing the strict and stringent processes and procedures involved in the fabrication of dosage forms of medicines such as tablets, capsules, injectables, creams, ointments, coated tablets and pellets etc. They implent these procedure with knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, documentation proceurdes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Credential Awarded: Ontario Graduate Diploma

Program Duration: Approx. 52 Weeks plus 3 month internship

Pre-requisite: A Bachelor of Science degree, or College Diploma

Age: 19+

      As per your profile you can apply for post graduate diploma in Food Science courses, Regulatory affairs courses. Since for January intake 2017, most of the colleges have closed their programs, the next possible intake is May and September 2017 intake. Do find the link for colleges and courses available:

      You can try applying to this college conditions applying that you should have a valid IELTS score of minimum 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.0.
      You can even try applying to a couple of more universities or colleges being on a safer side.
