Le Cordon Bleu Paris Campus Programs

Programs for 2017 and 2018 Intake:

Culinary Arts Programs:

  • The Cuisine Diploma: lasts from 6 to 9 months and is divided in 3 certificates: Basic, Intermediate and Superior. Students have the opportunity to carry out a work placement after obtaining the Diploma.
  • The Pastry Diploma: same as Cuisine Diploma.
  • Le Grand Diplome®: Combination of both Cuisine & Pastry Diplomas at the same time.
  • The Boulangerie Diploma: includes 4 months of classes (basic & advanced certificates) and a 2 months internship.

Management Programs:

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Ex. Baccalauréat, IB, Abitur) and transcripts
  • English proficiency:
    • IELTS (Academic) 5.5
    • TOEFL IBT 63
    • Cambridge Advanced Examination (CAE) C or above
  • Minimum 500 words cover letter and a resume
