Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College was founded in 1881 and is one of the largest colleges of Further Education in the UK. Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College have over 25,000 students, of which over 2,000 are international students. Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College four Campuses are spread throughout West London, each offering its own unique ethos. International students will study at either Hammersmith or Ealing. Hammersmithis Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College largest campus, with over 10,000 students. Located in Barons Court, it is just 15 minutes away from Central London by London Underground. The Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery is an 18-month, full-time course with an embedded work placement for students who benefit from employer involvement and work experience. The course will provide a comprehensive introduction to the world of international hospitality. If student want a career as a chef working in catering or hospitality sector, this course is for student. Training takes place in the College’s industry-standard production kitchen t.a.s.t.e restaurant and training kitchens.

Level 5

HND Business – Level 5

September and January start dates

This 18 month/2 year course is for students who have completed their 12th Standard or equivalent and who would like to gain a solid foundation for a future career in Business and Management. Student will study an array of modules designed to develop student business skills and enhance student employability in this fast-paced, competitive industry. In addition to this, student will also receive extensive English language support throughout the course. As well as being a valuable qualification in its own right, successful students can normally expect to progress onto the final year of a business related degree course at university. HND Hospitality Management –Level 5
September and January start dates – with 9 month work placement option

This course provides budding Hospitality professionals an extensive foundation of knowledge within the ever-growing hospitality sector. During the course student will study a variety of modules designed to cover all aspects of the industry, including food and beverage operations, corporate event management, customer service and marketing in hospitality. In addition, student will receive extensive English support throughout the programme. There are two options available to student, giving student the flexibility to choose the course that best suits student needs: student may either choose to do a 3 year programme with an embedded 9 month work placement, giving students a ‘hands-on’ taste of working life in the Hospitality sector; or student can study a shorter, 18 month programme that does not have a work placement option, allowing student to ‘fast-track’ student qualification. Students opting for the 3-year programme with work placement will be assessed throughout their placement, which will be a full-time salaried position, giving student the opportunity to ‘earn while student learn’. HND Computing and Systems Development – Level 5
September and January start dates

This full-time, 22-month course is for students with strong ability and ambition in the field of Computing and Information Technology. It will equip student with a range of skills to prepare student for a future career in the ever-changing world of Computing. The modules have been carefully chosen to combine technical theory with strong practical elements, providing student with a firm foundation in both.
