University Of Dundee Scholarships For International Students are as follows:

The University is divided into four Colleges:

  1. College of Art, Science & Engineering
  2. College of Arts & Social Sciences
  3. College of Life Sciences
  4. College of Medicine, Dentistry & Nursing

I. College of Art, Science & Engineering

la) PG Scholarships

  • Upto £5,000 for International Students towards tuition fees based on merit.
  • Alan Newell Scholarship – 50% off tuition fee based on academic merit.
  • Mark Grossi Scholarship – 50% off tuition fee based on academic merit.
  • School of Computing Family Scholarship – 20% off tuition fee for students who have a family member (mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, spouse or partner) who is currently studying in, or who has graduated from, the School of Computing.
  • 5% discount on advance payment of tuition fees.

1b) UG Scholarships

  • School of Computing International Scholarship – £5,000 towards tuition fees based on academic merit.
  • School of Computing Family Scholarship – 20% off tuition fee for students who have a family member (mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, spouse or partner) who is currently studying in, or who has graduated from, the School of Computing.
  • Alan Newell Scholarship – 50% off tuition fee based on academic merit.
  • Mark Grossi Scholarship – 50% off tuition fee based on academic merit.
  • Armistead and Laing Academic Excellence Scholarship – £375 for entrant undergraduate students with an academically excellent record.
  • Armistead and Laing Women in Computing Scholarship – £375 for female entrant undergraduate students.
  • Armistead and Laing Financial Support Scholarship – £375 for entrant undergraduate students in need of financial support, eg for Childcare.
  • 5% discount on advance payment of tuition fees.

  • £1,500 towards tuition fees based on academic merit.
  • DJCAD Alumni Award – £2,000 against the tuition fee.

  • Accountancy & Finance Alumni Scholarship – £1,500 towards tuition fee for University of Dundee graduates with a first class honours degree excluding MSc Professional Accountancy.
  • Dean’s Scholarship for Overseas Alumni – £1,500 towards tuition fee for University of Dundee School of Business graduates continuing onto a Masters course in the School of Business.
  • 5% discount on advance payment of tuition fees.

  • Arts & Humanities Research Institute Taught Postgraduate Scholarship – £2,000 towards tuition fee for MLitt programmes.
  • School of Humanities Alumni Scholarship – 12% off tuition fee for School of Humanities graduates (including joint MA) entering MLitt programmes.
  • Arts & Humanities (AHRI) Research Postgraduate Scholarship – £4,000 Scholarship towards the first year tuition fee for research degrees.

  • £2000 towards tuition fees based on academic merit.

  • Scrymgeour Scholarships – £3,000 towards tuition fee for applicants to taught & research LLM programmes, awarded on the basis of academic merit.

  • School of Psychology Overseas Academic Scholarships – £3,000 towards tuition fees based on academic merit.
  • School of Psychology Alumni Discount – £500 each for University of Dundee graduates holding at least a 2:1 degree and have received an unconditional offer of a place on an MSc programme.
  • 5% discount on advance payment of tuition fees.

  • £2,000 based on academic merit for MSc Forensic Art, MSc Medical Art, MSc Forensic Facial Identification.
  • Competitive scholarships are available for MSc Human Anatomy, MSc Anatomy & Advanced Forensic Anthropology.

1b) UG Scholarships

  • Sir James Black Academic Excellence in Life Sciences Scholarship – £1,000 towards the tuition fee for all BSc undergraduate degree courses in the College of Life Sciences, School of Learning & Teaching.

IV. College of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing.

  • MRes Oral Cancer Scholarship – £500 – £3000 scholarship towards tuition fee for MRes Oral Cancer based on academic merit.

  • UG Dow Memorial Trust Scholarship – £2,000 towards the tuition fee including pre-medicine or pre-dentistry year.
