University of South Wales Fees & Deposits Details

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of your first year’s course fees is required to secure your place at the University and must be paid before you apply for your student visa.

Deposit payments should be made by via bank transfer to:

Please note that the University can accept bankers drafts from some countries, however a bank transfer is the best way to pay the deposit. If the payment is by bank transfer then please send the copy of the bank transfer receipt.

Payment Schedule of Tuition Fees

  • Presessional English students and International Foundation Programme students must pay the balance of fees in full at the point of enrolment.
  • The following payment plans are available to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students:

1) Payment of the balance of course fees in full on enrolment

Note that if the students is a self-funding full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student, then they may be eligible for an Early Payment Discount of £300.00. In order to qualify for this discount, the student must pay the balance of your course fee for the year to the University no later than 14 calendar days after the start date of your course as indicated on your offer letter. 2) Payment of the balance by instalment (3 months)

Students can Pay the balance fees within 3 months of the start of your course by equal monthly installments. There is no additional charge for this.

3) Payment of the balance by instalment (7 months)

Students can pay the balance fees within 7 months of the start of your course by equal monthly installments. An administration fee of £25.00 per direct debit instruction will be charged for this option.
