University of Suffolk Application Instructions

Students applying for an undergraduate course should apply online to the University and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). UCAS is a central organisation which processes all university undergraduate applications.

UCAS has a tracking system where you can see the progress of your application.

Postgraduate students should apply directly using our online application form.

University Campus Suffolk offers two postgraduate courses for February 2016 intake, MBA and MSc Business and Management.

Deadlines for February intake which are shown in the table below.

Typically the following test scores are acceptable:

Undergraduate Courses:

  • UCS internal English test: CEFR B2 equivalent (B2 in all components)
  • IELTS (academic): 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components)
  • Pearson PTE: 51 overall
  • Cambridge ESOL at CEFR B2 level

Diagnostic Radiography, Radiotherapy and Oncology, ODP and all Pre-Registration Nursing and Midwifery courses require IELTS 7.0 overall or CEFR C1 equivalent (minimum 5.5 in all components)

Postgraduate/Masters Courses:

  • UCS internal English test: CEFR C1 equivalent (B2 in all components)
  • IELTS (academic): 6.5 or 7.0 overall depending on your choice of course (minimum 5.5 in all components). Specific requirements are available on the individual course pages.
  • Pearson PTE: 67 overall
