Teesside University International Scholarships
International Scholarship for January 2017:
A scholarship of £1,500 is available for all self-funding international (non-EU) students joining full-time foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate programmes in January 2017.
Scholarships are awarded as a fee reduction for every year of full-time study.
International Scholarship for courses starting from September 2017 onwards:
For programmes starting from September 2017, the criteria for eligibility for the International Scholarship will change. Teesside University will offer the Scholarship to international (non-EU) students who apply with higher than average grades or English language ability. The Scholarship is open to both sponsored and self-funded full-time students on undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research programmes. The Scholarships are not available to students during a work placement year.
The value of the International Scholarship is either £1,000 or £1,500, based on the student’s GPA or IELTS score. Students are eligible for one Scholarship only – either the academic merit-based Scholarship rate, based on their GPA, or the English level scholarship, based on their IELTS score.

Kickstart Business Award – January and September 2017 entry:
An award of £1,000 is available for all new undergraduate students to support them in their first year of study. It can be used it for travel, accommodation or other living expenses.
UK, EU (as defined by UCAS), and self-funding or sponsored international students are eligible for this award when they enroll on an eligible Teesside University Business School full-time undergraduate programmes based at the Middlesbrough campus.
